Class Types

Our founder Cardisa Yeung she has over 10 years of personal training experiences and 5 years of Pilates Experiences. She has her reformer certificate from Australia and she will be enrolling for Basi training this year.

Our Full-Body Posture and Sculpt class focuses on correcting rounded upper backs and forward neck posture by strengthening the postural muscles, reducing pain, and helping you stand taller with more confidence. This dynamic Full-Body Class Flow is ideal for both beginners and intermediate clients looking for efficient, results-driven improvements.

Starting our classes with an intense set of full-body sculpting exercises to fire up strength and endurance, before progressing into dynamic full-body flexibility work on the reformer.

Get ready for our peachy booty and core blaster class. We focus on HEAVY resistance with different props and working all directions of the reformer.
