How to Book?

After your purchase you can simply book a group reformer class with Pilates Body (wtsapp 69435981)

You can choose individually any 50 mins pilates reformer classes from PilatesBody followed by a shared-ensuite at ACME with an Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy by Clearlight. (sauna & cold plunge has to be at the same time for 2)

End with ACME’s luxurious filtered cold plunge by Tundra. (You can adjust the temperature to your preference)

Followed by refreshments at our lovely space to rejuvenate and connect.
